1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, services, or enrolling in any Apticube program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Apticube provides online and offline test preparation programs, mentoring, counselling, and admission support services. The scope, duration, and content of each course are described on our website or in official communications.
3. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment becomes valid only upon full payment of the prescribed course fee.
- Payments may be made via online transfer, UPI/QR, cheque, or cash.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, except when Apticube itself cancels a program.
- All payments are processed through secure and PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
By providing your payment details, you authorize Apticube and its payment partners to process the transaction as per applicable financial regulations.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Apticube reserves the right to revise course fees or payment terms at its discretion without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, documents, and digital content shared by Apticube are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Student Conduct
Students must adhere to Apticube’s academic and behavioral guidelines. Any misconduct, misuse of materials, or breach of confidentiality may lead to immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Apticube, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. We make no guarantees regarding exam outcomes, admissions, or results.
8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to Apticube’s services or policies shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
Apticube reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective upon posting on the website.
