1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to Apticube, whether through online, cheque, cash, or UPI/QR methods, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. This applies to withdrawals, absences, course dissatisfaction, or any other personal reason.
2. Cancellation by Apticube
In the rare event that Apticube cancels a course or batch for any reason beyond its control, students will be eligible for: – A full refund, or
– Adjustment of fees towards another available program of equal value.
Such cases will be communicated officially via email or written notice.
3. Payment Gateway & Dispute Handling
All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. In case of transaction failures or duplicate deductions, students must report the issue to Apticube within 7 business days at Jaydeep@ApticubeTestprep.com for resolution.
Apticube is not responsible for payment delays, failures, or issues caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
4. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after availing services without valid justification is considered a breach of terms and may lead to legal recovery of the disputed amount and related damages.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
